Well, it was obviously caused by the tear in the solar wing, in conjunction with global warming.

Well, my rotties have the car scratched up enough so I wont need to worry. LOL
The wind has arrived, still not anywhere near 50-60 mph though.

So using Federal Disaster Mathmatics.... since it didn't amount to much added to your localtion less the 1 hour we had to set your clock back divided by the price of milk..... adding in the price of .56987 gallons of mid grade gasoline......less the cost of one pair of synthetic blend dress socks..... if that is greater than the budget set aside (in the rainey day funds) and appropriate blame had been established THEN you may apply.
