Chrysler Magna Ignition

G'Day I am a brand new member. I am having troubles with my Chrysler 75hp 3 cyl outboard. Model 757HB ('75 - '79) Serial No. 16965.
The motor will fire quite easily. However will stall under load. The carburettors have been removed jets cleaned and replaced.
I believe it may be an ignition timing issue, the engine runs a Magna Ignition, silver box with black sticker & orange writing.
Help would be appreciated.

Re: Chrysler Magna Ignition

Jim,
Thanks for the reply.
I have since replaced the coil and that appears to have corrected the problem.
May be worth a try
Cheers
