I joined up here figuring I might be able to pick up some knowins about boats, outboards, and such, and so far, my mission has been pretty much of a success. An added benefit has been getting to meet (in a way) some pretty interesting people. The most unexpected (least expected?) thing has been learning how to do some stuff with this computer that I never figured on. Never had me one of these things until the day after Thanksgiving last year, wife and I decided we'd do the 4 A.M. Best buy thing and get us one for Christmas, 2 weeks later got the digital camera. You people have been a great help in lots of ways, and you're all there on my list of things to give thanks for. (well, not in top 5) Thank you all, and HAPPY THANKSGIVING from the land of the next Indian uprising!

That's great! Glad we are on your Thanksgiving list ... now, about that Christmas list - I'd like a 42 in LCD HDTV! :D

Happy Thanksgiving to all as well. It's nice to see some one take the time to thank and recognize the iboats family. Thank you Hoss. And to the iboats owners who afford us the boards and forums, thanks guys.

LadyFish, did/do you have family/friends in the area still? It's changed around here in the 25 or so years I've lived here, some good, some not so (IMO), but still beautiful. We live right by Odom's Ledge and the Devil's Oven, if ya ever get back around, stop in and say hi.
To everyone, take the day for what it's meant, I've had a lot of years where there was not much in my life that was good, but PLEASE, try to find one thing that is a bright spot, it carried me through a lot of dark ones. My $0.02
