90 is wayyyy too fast for my liking when travelling in the river or the ocean for that matter. This guy must have peas for brain and rightly so he deserve a ticket. AS for lanyard, I must make it a point to put them on whenever I am in the boat. Usually I hook it on to the steering wheel., I know I am not using my nogging on this. Will try to remember the next time I go out boating.

SgtMaj has it right. 90 in an uncontrolled river is like someone driving over 100 on a highway. Harming anyone else should be considered attempted homicide or homicide. Going fast is not the problem, risking others lives and property is.

Yeah, except he wasn't even on a highway there... that little river is more like a residential road.

It depends on who's tieing the knot. From what I hear, that'd be Turin and his bride. I'm not sure how fast they are going though, because I don't know how long ago they met. :D

There's more bad puns there than in the Catholic church, oh wait, those are NUNS, not PUNS. :D

Wow, from the looks of it the boat swept across the bar and then dredged out a heckuva hole in the water on other side. Must've started sinking with the engines still running flat out. Surprised the nature cops didn't bust him for illegal dredging. :)

You have it backwards. He fell out in the river, the boat spun somehow, creating the dark spot, then traveled across the sand to the open water. You gotta wonder what in that little river made a wake big enough for something traveling 90mph to get out of shape enough to throw the pilot and still keep going. Hard to believe...
