98 7.4L drain plugs

Do the block drain plugs leak? It looks like antifreeze is dripping out. maybe needs a reseal

If antifreeze is coming out, then yes, they can leak.
If they are the blue plastic one, replace that blue plug and oring on ALL of the plugs in the antifreeze side of the cooling system, not just the leaking one.
Better yet, remove the whole thing and replace it with the proper sized brass hex plug.
