hoe to hook up a water pressure guage

hey guys ,i have a 1985 force 125 outboard and ive been reading on the forum about installing a telltale but would think a water pressure guage (like frank said)would be better.Noe my question is how would you install a pressure guage

Buy a water pressure gauge kit.

Attach the fitting and plastic tubing to the top of the powerhead, just in front of the thermostat housing.
Route the tubing to the dashboard.
Drill the hole, mount the gauge, attach the tubing.

If you want, you can wire it up so that the gauge is illuminated.

The kit comes with instructions.
Cost, $40-$80.
