I can't get the trim on my 70 Mercury to go up or down. I finally got it to go up today, after many attempts, but now it's stuck all the way up. I'm pretty sure it needs some hydrolic oil, and I'm sort of sure where to put the hydrolic oil in at, but not positive and I don't want to mess anything up. On both sides of the motor there are two hex key nuts, one on top, and one about a half inch below that. Is that where the oil goes???
