If you had your choice between these brands, who would you go with? I'm looking for standard yearly maintenance stuff by the way.. bellows, gaskets, o rings, etc.

Sierra - iboats.com sells it

Mallory - iboats.com sells it

GLM - sterndrive.info sells it

? brand - Whatever brand dougrussell.com sells?

I'm normally a price shopper... It's worked well for me in the past (not always) but I figured I'd get some opinions before I just go with the cheapest.

For after market parts i usually pick Mallory before Sierra.A lot depends on what parts i need though.
If Iboats don't have it i then check ebasicpower.com then ishopmarine.com
Ebasic usually beats most others prices and ship really fast.
Doug Russell is usually the highest price.

Sounds great Gary! Because Mallory seems quite a bit less expensive then the others.

Here's the thing that drives me nuts about iboats... finding the right parts!

I'm having the toughest freaking time finding the washers and orings for the 2 drainplugs on the drive and the fill plug. Anyone have any hints for me? I'd really hate to pay $10 for all of em from dougrussell when I can probably get 5 years worth from iboats for that price.

For those little gaskets on the fill and drain plugs go to wholesalemarine.com. 2 come in a bag and I think it cost me .45 or .60. They ship really fast. I am within 1 day delivery from them, IL. I think they are in MI. Just placed an order yesterday and it has already shipped this am, UPS tracking.
Hope that helps you out.
