Hello, I have been working on my recent purchase, trying to get ready for the upcoming season. I am electrically challenged. The illuminated rocker switch that controls the navigation lights (bow/stern) came appart on me. The part with the spades on it is still under the dash, the button part came out. I went to Bass Pro & they don't have one like it. The spade part appears to have 7 spade prongs on it, all i see on any web are 6 prongs, am I not looking at it right? I have not taken the back part out (so I can switch out & keep the right connections). Any help here would be appreciated

Look for a double pole-double throw, illuminated switch. Six pole switches (DPDT) are not illuminated. The seven pole switch has a ground tab for the illuminated part of the switch. Otherwise they are the same.

Re: 89 tracker switch question-HELP!

you can get replacement switches from any good industrial/ commercial electrical supplier ( not Home Depot) as well...and for less money. The switches in my 89 Tracker are Leviton brand switches. My marine supplier wanted $14 a switch for Double pole Double throw switches...I got them for $8 at my electrical supply house.
