Fair Price for a 2008 Sea Ray 205

I am considering a 2008 Sea Ray 205. The price I have so far is 31,500 with the 5.0L carb and the depth finder. Nothing else in the option category that I can see. Is this a fair price for this boat. The dealer tells me that the sticker for this is 39,667.....

Check the price on the Sea Ray website. Don't let the dealer think you're getting more of a deal than you are.

Also, there are a lot of boat shows going on right now. If you're in the NJ or NY area we've got 2 (Atlantic City next weekend, and Edison Feb 21-24). If not, look around I bet there's one somewhere near you. You might be able to get some comparable prices there, also
