Should I replace my windows?

The side and front windows protrude out and in like an inch. I guess it looks poopy because of the squared off trim instead of tapered trim. The interior will be all new. The window trim will kill the "nice" look. Any idea how to make the trim or...... Where could I find replacements?

If I didn't go with replacements where could I find replacement seals?

I think there fugly. What do you think?

thoes windows are gonna be naggin ya.

however.....they look expencive.....

now just find out whats gonna nag ya more...your wallet...or the windows

There's a seller on ebay called greatlakesskipper that sells surplus windows... if you can find some that look good and that are the right size to fit your boat, you could save a bundle.

Otherwise the folks here are right.. you're gonna pay through the nose to have new ones fit.

In some cases it's cheaper to re-do the windshield than the side windows... found that out recently.

Anyone have suggestions on how I can custom make a trim at least for the interior on the windows.

Maybe I could put some sort of curtains over the windows inside. This might be the project for the wife.

i been thinking bout this for the past few hours. driving around town doin business. couldnt you make a wood frame for them? finish them however you wanted?...paint or stain?....the big problem is the frames right?

seeing they are operating windows, they have to be that thick. handles can be found at a RV center. get a table saw, router, and make some tapered trim to go around the outside of the frame. some glue and screws. or just put curtains on them. to get replacements is going to be a custom order.
