Best prop for my boat

I know there are other threads in here about prop sizes, however, just wondering if someone know the best prop for my boat. I have a 2003 Reinell 20' boat with a 5.0L Fuel injected Vortec engine. I have no problem getting up on a single ski but my friends are having trouble learning. Any suggestions on prop pitch, etc. I already purchased a hydrofoil which did help some.

19 in stainless works good on those. might need a 17 if yer buds havin hard time gettin up. tell'em stand up or yank a knot in that rope with a 17 see how he likes the rope slappin he gets.
