I've bought into a new condo development and would like to give it a name and catchy slogan. Any tips?

Considering that this would be a redneck retreat you should probably call it :"All In the Family" or "Clan Resort"

why do terms like 'hillbilly and red neck" come to mind so fast. to me when I see it I think of mexico city...........much more realistic
