2000 Yamaha 150 TRXY rough running

I have had good experience with my yamaha engine until lately it started running rough at slow RPM and the plugs are wet.
Does anyone experienced this problem and might have some suggestions?

Thanks for the response, firing of the plugs is ok, tried changing the plugs, no difference, the engine vibrates more than usual at low rpm, at high RPM it doesn't lose power, however the RPM doesn't remain constant at trolling speeds, I suspect dirty carbs, will be trying a cleaning solution in the fuel mix first.
