I have just recently bought a 2002 Mercury 6ml 2 stroke, and I have just replaced the water pump impeller. Water is now streaming out of the back of the motor like it is supposed too, but I still have some water coming out of the exhaust holes on each side just above the lower unit. Is this normal? Should water come from anywhere other than the pee hole?
