HELP...need advise

I have a 1960 12' V-bottom Sea-King boat. I am looking for info on installing a floor in this boat. This boat also has a closed bow on it, I would like to remove this to free up some space, but I am not sure if it has anything structural to do with the boat.

your bow cover is structural, plywood panels, with blocking running across the bottom braces to make it level.

Ayuh,....

And,... All that Wood adds Weight, which has to be Deducted from the boats carrying capacity.....
