starter for 88 omc glastron

hello,
hoping someone can help me out ,i have 1988 3.0 omc glastron 140hp cannot find the way to take starter out any ideas.......thx

2 1/2 inch or 9/16 bolts on the bottom of the starter and maybe a rear bracket.

Depending on clearance, it may require engine removal(at least partially).

If you can't figure out how to take it off, how do you know that replacing it will cure the problem? There are a lot of things that can cause the start to not work.

thx for reply ,i can see the 1/2 bolts i can take one off but the other one seems hard to get to
