Tips for removing flo-torq delrin sleeve

I bought a new to me uswed propeller. The current sleeve appears to be worn and the inside is tapered small end aft large end forward. Any tips for removing this sleeve without removing everything?

I have found a wood dowel or board and pounded it out on ones a had used grease on YOU need to support the prop on some wood blocks so you do not tweak it

BUT i have one on a saltwater prop with a stuck one that i do not even bother as i think it would kill the prop :eek:
