Hey guys. Quick question for ya. I ordered a new transom kit for my 88 omc cobra. I got the stuff a couple weeks ago and am just getting around to installing. Well I got the old exhaust bellows out, and grabed the new one when I realized that the new one has all holes in it. It looks like this was done by the manufacturer intentionally, but my old bellows didnt have holes like this one does. Is this a defect, or a new design? If its correct, which way do I face the holes? Here's a link of a pic of both the old and new. thanks for the help!
