C115 no spark no start

I have a 1996 c115tlru that has no spark to any plug. Tested charging coil and pulsar coil with a DVA.

Charging coil red and brown tested 166.2 Clymer manual says it should be 160
Charging coil black and blue tested 42.5 manual says 45

Pulser coil red and yellow tested 7.7
Pulser coil black and green tested 8.4
Manual says 2.5 is the minumum peak voltage and I am not really clear on the proper wires to test on the pulser coil

There is zero voltage on any of the black wires going to coils from CDI .

Could this be one of those rare CDI failures or does any one have something else to check?

Check your kill switch.

Thank you. The above readings are with the white wire and the pink wire disconnected from the CDI. Kill switch tests OK.
