lower unit vent and fill washer

This is an easy one that I can't seem to find on any parts site. Where do I find vent and fill washers for my 1984 35hp Johnson outboard. (the current ones are yellow and flat). I need the same for my Alpha outdrive. (black and flat) Is there a difference between the two?

part # 311598 OEM or sierra #184248 order several, so you will have them, if you can remember where you put them.
