Compression results

Hi Guys,
Did a compression test on my 1994 evinrude e50rnlic twin cyl.
Compression readings came out as follows....
top cyl - 162psi
bottom cyl - 161psi
Anyone know the factory psi ratings for this model??? cant find any info in the manual.

There is no factory rating, Davy. Guages and technique vary too much for a psi spec to be useful.

The factory does, however, want the cylinders to be in a 10% span.

Your engine is fine.

wow those numbers are outstanding very high make sure your timeing is right
