i have an 1995 johnson 115 crossover 90 and when i trim the motor down it goes fast till it connects with the two shocks facing up and then goes the rest of the way real slow, slower than last year what is wrong
Are you certain that the battery driving the motor is fully charged? This is asssuming that you are operating the trim out of water and engine not running.
Are you sure it is slower than last year. My 91 GT 100 does the exact same thing. It has since I bought it. When it gets down to the trim cylinders it slows down for finite adjustments. At least that has been my conclusion.
It is the same when going up. It is slow until it is off the trim cylinders. I really think that this is the way it is supposed to be though.
