Keep the motor no matter what other decisions you make.

he, emailed me last night, a water mocassin, got after him yesterday. when the motor cranked the first pull, and he got out of there. he decided to keep it.

I agree with tashasdaddy. The Biscuit looks young, but is an old salt.

Get some seats in the boat to stiffen it up and move some weight foreward.

Sell that engine? No. If for no other reason than to respect your uncle's gift.

I agree whole heartedly,...keep that motor,but get a bigger boat more suited to the motor. That boat looks small for the motor powering it. By the way,
where are your boat seats? My knees look tired just seeing the guy on his knees in the boat!

A little too far from Minnesota for me, I'm afraid. I'm sure it will sell, and the Whaler clone will be a far better boat for him, I'm sure. A big skosh more stable with that 20 on the transom, I'd think.
