Strange Volvo overheating problem

I have a 2000 Duoprop that overheats when you first start off for the day. I know when its going to overheat because when you start on a plane it makes a gurgling sound coming from the outdrive. If you slow down and let it cool off then take off again the gurgling sound goes away and the temperature is normal for the rest of the day.. I changed the raw water pump and thermostat and that didnt help.
Anyone else have this problem?

Not much to go on, is this gurgling sound from the exhaust? What engine is stuck to this Duoprop?

It is a 5.7, GS i think.
The sound sounds like its coming from the props, almost like a cavitation sound.
