works great, but now the speed handle adjustment wont stay in place if i want to go a certain speed it virbates back down to a lower speed. how do i stop this?

Is it a twist grip throttle? Most are made so they go back to idle if you release it.There may be a tension adjustment.

it is a twist. it started doing it about a yr after i got it.

The one I had did that from the day I bought it. There isn't a tension screw on those so you're probably just going to have to live with it unless you make your own modification.

another problem i have is while transporting it my tie downs came lose on the motor and trailor which i didnt know until i got to the lake and i found that the motor had broke off its clamps!!! i found it a few miles back on the road. i got all new parts from what broke. the parts that broke arnt related to this problem i found my problem is i go to try and start it and it wont start cuz and i cant get the pull cord to move also it to **** into reverse, whats wrong?

I'm not sure I follow you, but it sounds like if your motor broke free on the trailer, you may have spilled some oil into the cylinder. Set the thing upright, remove the spark plug, and pull her over a couple of times. Check your oil level, replace the spark plug and give it another try. If there was oil in the cylinder, it may take many pulls on the starter to get it to fire. You also may need to remove the plug two or three times during this process to clean the electrode off as it will get coated with oil.

when i go to pull the starter cord it wont move. i cant get the engine to move.

Did you take the spark plug out? Your motor may have seized up if you ran it with too little oil. Check the oil reservoir (dip stick) to see what the level is. If the thing fell off your trailer while you were driving, it's possible there is physical damage to the starter mechanism that may prevent it from turning. Check that out, do what I said in the last post and post back here.
