Tilt/Trim Unit Identification

Can anyone tell me what sort of Tilt/Trim unit this is? It is sitting under a 2008 115hp etec.

looks to me to be original equipment.

I was expecting to see a couple of trim rams, like the old fasttrak unit I had.
This one gets the motor in position quicker and has performed well in the short time I've had it, but I was wondering about the single tilt ram taking all the thrust.
