Mercury rotor button

Hey, I have a mercury 650 (4 cylinder). I need to replace the rotor button, but am unsure how to remove the old one. Any suggestions, wanting to get it ready for this weekend.

We need a serial number or which type ign. system you have.

Some of the rotors do not come off of the dissy shaft. The entire shaft needs to be replaced.
