engine year identification

I have recently bought a 20 hp Johnson sea horse and i would like to get a manual for it but i do not know the year of manufacture the model no is J20BFCNB and the serial is B009661.Also can anybody tell me where i can buy a manual for this outboard.

The motor is from 1982.
