Traffic is down in DC due to a bunch of blowhards leaving, lighter load for the mods to handle, but i believe that the overall traffic on iboats are way up, a few nights ago on the johnnieRude forum alone they were 45 logged on, double digits on a few other sections, only 3 were on DC.

Tell them all they should maybe buy Mercs or Suzuki's, then they'd have more time to come down to DC and put some pressure on the Mods.

Back on topic, I put the blame on the cost of a parts lately. Hard to justify sticking $6000 into a $3000 boat

the membership has gone up 10, 000 in just a month or two....we are over 120 now. .....granted a lot of the folk are one question wonders, but thats ok.

and as jb said.....over 500 users....i saw 530 (or close the other day)

i can't comment on the way it was before the changes to the site......however, with out seeing it....i think there was one on going thread here in dc, that i would have liked to continue.....

i know that i have been personally busier, so i have not been able to update or post as much as a month or two ago.

one of the things i do is try to hit all the 0 replies. that way, everybody gets answered or bumped.

the resto forum seems to have slowed the last month, but that would be expected, as the boats are all on the water now and not being fully restored, just minor repairs.

just a bunch of thoughts...

iboats has been good to me and very helpfull
without the techs on here i could not afford to boat

I just got back from going out for a few hours! Actually in the past three days that I have gone out I have spent a little over 15 hours on the boat! Lovin it!

Yes, traffic is down in a specific category. There are far fewer posts on topics that divide us and many more on topics that unite us.

after my last dance, I'm plain afraid to post. This is the first time I've been here in a loooong time, and I probably won't be back for another looong time. That should be enough to keep the mods happy.
