1987 88hp Evinrude running rough?

Hey guys i have 88hp that is running rough. i have new plugs in it. At full throttle it runs fine but at idle it kicks and runs rough. Where are the carb adjustments located? any suggestions would help

When were the carbs last rebuilt and bathed?

Have you checked spark and compression to start? If so, what did you find?
