1973 starcraft supersport

just bought this for 1700.00 120 mercruiser just for fishing and cruising and some tubing. the only problem is the prop is banged up but not original as it was swapped to another boat and this one put on this boat but not ran. what prop do i need or do you recommend. also the speedometer sensor on the back is broke and i have no idea what it looks like or where to get one, i was told it was a wheel? I want to put boat inwater next weekend and the pulling it out and putting pedestal seats in and repainting an electronic ignition.

There should be a forum specific to the I/O setup you have, also. You may want to ask about the speedometer there, since no one's replied yet.

Welcome to iboats... Love the boat - we have a Starcraft as well.

The speedometer is an easy and may be your cheapest fix... put on on myself. I know there's a thread here about that and the prop question.
