I'm looking for a site that I can download a copy of the repair manual for the subject motor. Something as simple as replacing the starter cord is getting a little frustrating. Any tip on that would be helpful too. Thanks

I have the owners manual for a '94 9.9 - it's a bit much to copy the entire manual, but PM or Email me for and specific items you need, and I can scan and Email back...

I'm looking for a full service manual myself - and I need specific setup info for the coil timing plate in relation to the carb opening - most particularly at idle - I don't now where in relation to the step in the plate at the beginning of throttle application the carb opening roller needs to be set for proper trolling - maybe you could tell me where yours is adjusted to at idle? That's assuming yours is in the same general year model...
