Old Sea Horse

Got a Johnson Sea Horse Mod.# PO15 s/n 584043. Would like to know what year, hp. etc on this unit. We think maybe 1940s not sure. Can anyone help on this ?

My book shows 1941-50, it's a 22 HP, it does'nt break it down anyn further than this.

Serial #584043 is a 1947
