I replace the exhaust gaskets and still have water in cyl 4 and little in 2.
1960 75hp rude. Got engine all back together and timed, ran great for 10 seconds until it started to flow water and it got in cyl 4 and started to run like @#$%... I immidately pulled cyl 4 plug and found it fouled with water.
removed head next and still the same, full of greyish milky oil. Checked head with straight edge and it proves to be warped, set it on a cerified straight block of my neighbors and it will rock back and forth. block checks good and
do not see any cracks, are these heads known for warping. I bought it used at a boat salvage my 30 days is almost up. Im gonna take the head back
tomorrow and get new head gasket and try a diff head. Can these heads be
milled for a straight edge?

Sounds like the ones you got were overheated (the most common cause of warped heads). If you can swap, do that. Otherwise, have the shop only take off enough metal to make it flat and make sure to torque the head bolts to the correct value and retorque after about 10 hours of running.

There are 2 gaskets' on the exhaust cover, with a stainless steel plate sandwiched in between, did you replace both gaskets', and was that plate warped by chance? Getting water in both cylinders, with the head off, carefully check the web between the cylinders. Use OMC gasket sealer on all gaskets. If nothing else, it makes me wonder if you may have a freeze crack somewhere. I did'nt look to see where you are from, would that be possible?

I did replace both exhaust gaskets, the plate was warped a little bit, a local
boat place told me it would be ok because it will smash flat. I put gasket sealer on the exhaust gaskets and even tried it on the head gasket once.
I live in Indiana so it is possible to have a freeze crack. It just seems like
way to much water to fast for a little crack to let in. I did look for cracks and
are unable to see any. I pulled the intake plate off the side and it is all in there also. I am almost fed up with this old thing

I would relace both those exhaust gaskets'. Sounds like the only place it could be coming from.

I did replace both exh gaskets and used sealer, it made no diff the run time is the same about 10 seconds and it will take water in the cyl and stop running.
1960 75hp. I have tried two diff heads and gaskets with no success.

It sounds like you have covered all the bases' with those gaskets. Are you running on a hose, or do you have the engine running in a barrel, or can? Where I'm going with this, is that engine somehow drawing in water up the exhaust housing. I once went to look at an engine on a pontoon. It was sitting to deep in the water and doing just that.

I do having it running in a barrel, it is a 55gal drum that i cut abour 8 inches off. It looks like its not to deep. Where would it take on water from. It just seems like it gets alot of water in the cyl way to fast.

I would try this! Just above the cavitation plate on the gearcase is a plate held by 2 screws. Remove this plate, and make a tracing on a piece of sheet metal, such as a piece of furnace duct work. Drill a hole in the plate, and solder on a female garden hose connector. I have made these plates often, as trying to find a big enough container can be a hassle. If the engine will run on a hose without drawing in water, then water has to be getting into the exhaust housing, such as at the power head base gasket. That is all I can think of to try. We are getting to the grasping at straws stage. A 2 cycle works on a positive-negative pulse, it can both push, and pull gases back, that would also go for moisture. Let us know what you find.
