How do I get to the thortle cover?

The cover that holds my trim button has broken where the screw attaches to it. I don't know how to get in behind the red lever that allows me to engage the motor into gear. This annoys me everytime I take it out. How do I disassemble the controler to fix it.

1985 evinrude 115 crossflow on a 16ft Procraft.

or you can look at the BRP website parts diagrams for info on the control box.
