What lubricates the interior of a 2 stroke outboard?

I have an 86 125 and was just wondering how these motors are internaly lubricated. I have a 2 stroke dirtbike and it has oil in it as well as oil/gas mix. My real question is what lubricates the bearings and everything else below the pistons.

Thanks

The oil is mixed with the gas. The fuel runs through the entire powerhead before getting to the combustion chambers. As the fuel runs through, it films all internal moving parts, in theory. To help that along, there are often recirulation lines employed to move puddled fuel/oil mix to less exposed areas....

I suspect that the oil in your bike lubricates the transmission.

You are mixing gas in your oil, aren't you? Or filling the reservoir for the oil injection pump?

Thats the beauty of a 2-stroke engine, very simple, light, and powerful.
