I am very happy with the performance of my aluminum prop. My boat plains out like its tale is on fire and has a steady 100 RPM per MPH ratio once on plain. I have an opportunity to replace the prop with stainless at little or no charge to me.
If I get the same diameter and pitch can I expect the same or better performance? Is there a rule of thumb to follow when matching aluminum to stainless specifications?
