There should be a main fuse or circuit breaker at the positive post of the battery. That fuse or breaker protects the +12V circuit to the main fuse/circuit breaker panel if you have one. If the switches have what appear to be buttons below or beside them, these are circuit breakers as well. If not, each circuit should have an in-line fuse. Since nothing works, I suspect you need to look at the battery area. For all you know its not even connected back there. If all you see on each battery terminal is the large battery cables to the motor, you found the problem. Look for two smaller wires (usually red and black). Those are the boat electrical system feed wires.
