What make of older fiberglass boat is worth restoring?

I'm currently the owner of an aluminum boat near completion of repair. I like it as it is a center console and is a good size (19') but not set up for family cruises. I'm looking for a fiberglass boat that is a little more family friendly for river cruises with occasional use as a fishing/crabbing boat. I used to have a 1959 14' ____craft (can't think of the darn name right now) and we loved it and loved fixing it up enough to really enjoy it, but it was a little small. I'm looking for a 16 - 18' fiberglass (classic styling and hopefully a little older) that was made well and is conducive to restoring. Can't wait for some suggestions and thank you for your comments.

Any Boston Whaler. I guess the only problem with that is that BWs are mostly fishing boats rather than family cruisers.

Might also check out the Texas Maid brochures at www.fiberglassics.com
Nice boats, sturdy and were made in glass and aluminum.
