Both good movies I liked but I am that way.

We had a guy about 20 years ago that took a couple bear traps and placed them under water in a swimming area, albeit, not marked as swimming. The guy who did it was upset casue the swimmers messed up the nesting beds in his favorite fishing spot. One swimmer got caught on it and messed him up a little, he good thing is that it was only in about 2' of water and not 6. This happened on a lake called Lake Lavon.

I personally don't swim there, but plenty of kids do....
It's fortunate that no one was killed or seriously injured.....

Saw movies were great I thought and I have yet to try and torture anyone.
anyone mature enough to come up with that plan is mature enough to know right from wrong, and truth from fiction.......well we hope anyways.

Green Lake is one of the nicest neighborhoods I have ever lived in, the lake is a community lake. It is a wonderful place to be, it is so hard to stomach to someone would do this.

I doubt it.....
No one actually lives on the lake, it it surrounded by city streets & a walk/bike/skate trail all of the way around.....

Yep, it is a beautiful lake in the heart of the city. There are no motorized boats or Jetskis allowed on the lake, and never have been, save for years ago it used to host a limited inboard hydroplane regatta one weekend in July,
and the odd waterski competition.

It's only rowboats now. And rowing shells.

There are designated swimming areas, and these were apparently not put in those areas.

Who could possibly do such a thing? Who knows? I suppose if you can imagine a thing, someone eventually for some reason will actually do it.
