Re: milky oil ...please help
the boat was running fine but the bilge pump failed and water got almost to the top of the engine where carburator is( not quite to the top but halfway maybe ) . i had the bilge pump fixed and also they installed a new oil presure gauge and hooked it up to the engine . we took the boat out and i noticed it was leaking oil into the bilge and then out into the sea ....took the boat home and flushed it without no problem ..next day i tried to start it and it wouldnt start ...i checked the oil and had that creamy color .
i will do an oil change and then try to start engine ..would this help me any?
i dont know what to do next .....i'm hoping is not the head gasket or the block or anything complicated like that ?
could it be the raisers and manifold or something to do with my mechanic hooking up the oil presure gauge ???
