Hi I have an engine but don`t know the make or hp, numbers on recoil is 3171390200, block is 31491202-10, transom clamp is N2853-1046-10 thanks all.

Good job with the numbers but to this point doesn't ring a bell.
Perhaps a description.
color,number of cylinders,Spark plug number,horsepower guess,age guess,remote tank or built in, air cooled(fins on flywheel and cylinder)
twist grip throttle.Pictures?

Hi steelspike, its a friends of mine so I only had a quick look, its 2 cylinder, long shaft but the head looks small for the size of the shaft, colour is white, h.p. I would say around 10 - 15, age about 70`s, I have a picture but how do I upload thanks Garry.

you can up load to a free service like photobucket.com then you choose the pictures you want( clik the little box at the bottom left of the picture) scrool to the bottom of the page, clik generate html, it will take you to the next page, scroll down to thumb nails clik on that and copy, then insert it into your post.

also if you are planing on posting pictures, you can use the Blue post reply or the go advanced, manage attachments, there you can upload , directly from your computer. besure you pictures have been resized to fit the format. 640x480 max.
