Prop sugestions 08 Mercury 75hp 4stroke

I just bought this boat, 2008 1650 canadian, 75hp mercury fourstrokecurrent prop is a 13 17p quiksilver allum prop. Current setup only allows 4900-5000rpms, boat tops out at 32 mph, looking for help or suggestions?

Guess you didn't like my response huh! If your dealer wants to install a 15P let him and see what happens. The fact is, you have a wide and somewhat heavy boat for its size, rated for a 115 and it's powered by a 75. It will always be a marginal performer. The 15P will help hole shot and raise rpm to about 5400. Raising the engine may help. Trim tabs will help. Will these changes make it a performer? No -- just a little better in certain aspects.
