I have a 1988 25' Adventurer Ventura 11 fiberglass pontoon. Does anyone know of anybody with knowledge of this type of pontoon or schematics and drawings of this type of boat before I start ripping apart the deck? (yehaw!) Thank you for any info and Happy boating everyone!!!!

the best schematic is the one you draw as you disassemble.try to label all wires.and don't just start cutting wires.look for gang connectors.

X2. Take the time to bird dog all the wires see where they go and label them; then when you reassemble the boat you can make a nice new wireing harness for it. the electrical systems on these boats are uber simple.

When you begin installation of the new deck, make sure the pontoon is perfectly level. Failure to do that one step will result in the toons being out of alignment laterally because one tube will be higher or lower than the other and will be held in that position when you bolt down the new deck.

Take many pictures of everything and where it would matter (that would be everywhere) place a ruler to ensure proper measurement. Then when you are done do some more just to play it safe. Planning is the most important and the most time consuming stage of any project.
