New Shifter Advice

I have a 25 hp Johnson on my pontoon. I am looking to upgrade my shifter. I do not need trim on the shifter and am looking for something affordable. Any advice or websites to refer to?

more info, electric start, what control do you now have, what year is your motor?

I currently have an OMC shifter and I have an electric start. I beleive the motor is a 1983
