Question I have a 96 four winn with the 5.0 fl volvo set up rated at 190 hp. I loaned it to my neighbor last weekend for him to use along with his "new" chaperall 4.3 F.I.merc at his family party. now this is the question He is telling me that Our boat ran all over his, and that his sat more then it was used. and now would like to trade. we use our's for fishing and lite rec. use. he tube's and water ski/wake board's. both boats are rated at 190 hp we have a 14-23 he has a 14-21 both are 19' is the 4.3 under rated or is the 5.0 under rated? we love our boat and it is kept very clean. the chap. is two year's old and blue book is much higher. would you swap?
