Nearly empty. Don't ask me how that can be, just accept reality. I also don't know how water gets clear up to the top of the tree. I reckon I learned the answer in school, but still don't understand.

"Evapotranspiration" Trees expell water which creates a vacuum, sucks up water, voila! Kind of like a lower end lube leak. Something has to replace it...water.
