97 30 Hp Suzuki. Seems like it is not charging.

My depth finder tells me voltage of battery. Seems like it used to be 14.1 volts when running wot. Now it stays around 10.9 to 11 at idle and when running fast. Where do I go next with checking this problem. Could it be a bad battery.

could be that your battery's life is at it's end .....
