What Year is my seahorse 7.5?

serial # E5210373. And where can i get a operator/service manual. I am new to outboards. This is my first one. It hasnt ran in 20 years and i just started it today. It ran okay I guess. I used 50:1 and new plugs gapped to .030. Is that right? Anything else I should do? Please help. Thanks, Rick Cain.

Okay thanks. I'm still having trouble finding the omc manual for my 1980 johnson seahorse 7.5 2cyl 2-stroke on iboats.com. can i have the number of the correct manual?
